Little Reddie Rosato 2023 heymann-lowenstein Seven hectares in size itThe Little Reddie Rosato is a delicious mlange of black and white grapes from the Igneous vineyard in Leanganook and the Dash Farms vineyard in Faraday. Both sites are high up on granite, so this is a true wine of the hills. Pat picked his Chardonnay first, followed by Shiraz, Pinot Grigio, Riesling and, finally, Cabernet Sauvignon. Each variety ferments separately in a range of vessels with varying times on skins. The different pick times, along with
