It offers flavors of exotic fruits and scents of white flowers. The mouth is round and mineral, complex and the aromas are persistent. Terroir: the vines are 60 years old and some are over 90 years old. The soil is composed of limestone scree, and the vines are housed with a very steep slope in southern exposure. Vinification: manual harvest. The sulfur content is drastically limited to
